Privacy Policy

Callisto Bound LLC (“Callisto Bound”, “we”) makes apps and services, including Ursa Notes. The short version: we do nothing with your data at all.

Your notes and files

Your notes, attachments and other content stay where you keep them: on your device, or in a storage service you choose to connect, such as Dropbox. When you connect a service, our apps talk to it directly from your device. Your content never passes through our servers, and we can’t see, read, sell or share it.

Accounts you connect

When you connect a storage service, the sign-in credentials it gives our app are kept in your device’s secure storage (such as the iOS Keychain) and are used only to sync the folders you choose. We never receive them. You can disconnect at any time from within the app.

Telemetry

Our apps may send anonymous usage and diagnostic information, such as which features are used and whether something went wrong. It isn’t linked to you, your device or your content, and it’s used only to improve our apps and services. We don’t sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Children

Our apps and services aren’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
